Hamburgers

Oh, hamburgers.

I never really liked you until tonight.

Ingredients:
Ground beef

Directions:
If the meat is packed closely together, crumble it a bit carefully with a fork.

Loosely gather a handful. Loosely place on pan. Press down.

Wait until red color has been replaced with brown color halfway up sides of burger.

Flip.

Wait until red color has been entirely replaced by brown.

Flip.

Leave for a minute.

Remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add condiments etc.

Eat.

Whimper, weakly, “yummm”.

The meat I used pretty obviously had a lot of fat, but leaner meat will have a stronger flavor so either way you win.
