I am pretty sure this is the smore cookie recipe I made several years ago on a fast day.
Except I vaguely remember it being a pie.
Sadly, Graham crackers don’t seem to exist around here. (also unforgivably missing: triscuits and tam-tams) so if I made this recipe here, I’d either substitute those vanilla biscuits they sell everywhere in giant packages, or those caramel melt in your mouth biscuits, or possibly a combination of both –
Or the gingerbread cookie recipe, because that stuff tastes rather a bit like soft, yummy graham crackers
