Shabbos chicken

Step one:
Cut up onions, sweet potatoes, and garlic, in reasonably large pieces, and lay them over the bottom of the dish

Step two:
Lay down 4 chicken thighs. Season with (approximately:) 1/3 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2-3 tbsp brown sugar. Add around 1/4 cup water.

Step three:
Cook in pot
