Pesach blondies

4 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oil
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup potato starch
3 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup ground almonds
1 cup chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together. Cook at 350 degrees F for an hour. Spread chocolate chips on top – they will melt, so that you can smooth them out.
