Shabbos guest

Having our first ever sleepover shabbos guests.

Most of the menu will be standard dishes we’ve made before – shabbos chicken, shabbos soup, salad, fried rice, green beans, stir fry, salmon, etc.

However, we bought some squash to put in the orange soup which we made mostly for for the babies, and then it was too pretty to cut up entirely for soup, so we’re trying some stuffed squash recipes, based on these recipes from the internet:

The butternut squash got the mushroom mixture, which was onions, garlic, mushrooms, rice, vegetable stock, salt, pepper.

The acorn squash got the chestnut and apple mixture, which was leek, celery, apple, cinnamon, silan, vegetable stock, chestnuts.
