I was craving mango salsa so we decided to have that with fish. The recipe is made from things we had around the house.
Any white fish
Flour for lightly breading
Red bell pepper
1. Dip fish in flour and fry. No need to apply egg, fish’s moisture is sufficient.
2. Cut up mango, pepper, celery (including some of the leaves)
3. Add, very lightly, the spices. I also added Tabasco sauce to mine but that is very much a preference.
