The presnack: buffalo wings

1:1:1 ratio Sriracha, brown sugar, margarine

Wings got sprinkled in garlic granules and smoked paprika

The wings were then cooked for 30 minutes on 120 C and then 40 minutes in 200 Celsius

Afterwards they were tossed in the sauce

The main meal:

Chinese hot pot

The dessert:

Mochi and Adzuki bean paste (made into a weird pie for lack of time, not recommended, but individually both were good)

(plus hamentaschen, standard)
